Thanks to everyone for the warm reception for Charadium II! Right now it’s Top #1 free iPad word game, Top #3 free iPad app overall, Top #2 free iPhone word game, and Top #16 free iPhone app overall on the US AppStore. It’s fantastic that so many people enjoy playing the game.
Our servers turned out to be somewhat vulnerable to such high load, our engineers are doing their best to fix all the issues and get Charadium to work perfectly as it always did and how it should.
UPDATE: We believe to have solved all server issues. Please let us know if you are still facing problems.

Why doesn’t the location of my ranking change when I travel to another country?
Right now, I’m in UAE, but it still says 4th in SAUDI.
Isn’t it suppose to change?
The issues are can’t chat in the ping pong games. But its all fine now. The server was bad not anymore.
Lateefa, just open your Career screen, after that within several minutes your location will be switched

Game has been running great until today:(
I currently have 3 ping pong games going. 2 of them are in my “waiting” column, despite it being my turn. One is in my “my turn” column, despite it being the other Player’s turn.
I went into the 2 games that were actually waiting for me to guess, but I was only able to see and guess the other Players’ 1st of 2 drawings before that ping pong game/s got stuck.
The one that is actually the other Player’s turn is also not doing anything.
Suggestions?
Today I played (classic) and the drawer was not getting points only the guessed? When did this change? Will it stay like this?
Another problem I am noticing has to do with the new achievement system. I am on Scribbler and can’t progress past it. I guess 3 ten letter words, for example, and it says I have 2 to go. The next day it resets and says I still have 5 to go; it forgets that I already did 3. Same thing happens with the other categories as well. Am I the only one this is happening to?

These issues have the same origin: a bad server migration in preparation for the launch of the update. Right now both problems are fixed: the Ping Pong games update properly, and the painters receive their points.
We are sorry for this happening.
Trilobyte, as for the achievements: those resets are caused by a bug in the current version of Charadium. An update which fixes them is already in approval with Apple, and should go live in the coming days.
When you say, “Right now both problems are fixed.”, do you mean they are fixed in the next update? Because my games are still stuck the same way they were yesterday when I posted the problem here.
I am on iPad2, playing Charadium II HD. I deleted and reinstalled the app, as well as rebooted iPad and it’s still stuck.
This problem just started yesterday. Up until then, the games were running smoothly. So, maybe what ever you did to your servers caused the problem for my games?
Same problem as Cody. My games are stuck even though it’s my turn. There’s no box on top to click on. Any way to fix it?
Cody, Kim: sorry to say that, but the stuck games may be permanently spoiled. This shouldn’t happen to the new games however.
K. So all we have to is delete the stuck games and start new ones? That’s easy enough! 🙂

I’m stuck in a ping pong game, it has done this before. There’s a line for chatting and two pictures that me opponent and I each drew….. But I can’t get out of the game to play classic or king of the hill.
Thoughts or suggestions?

Is there way to reset stats or clear drawing history?
I can’t figure out how to play with people that don’t have Facebook. I try to invite by email but that doesn’t seem to do anything but send an email. They all have the game installed but I can’t invite them to play even through gamecenter. Do they have to have a facebook account?

We try to make “friendships” automatically when we see that someone who just joined was invited by someone else before. Hoever, sometimes people register with other emails etc. You should try to find people by their emails. Also, you can tell your friends your username, so they can find you easily.
